Positive: Everything was absolutely lovely! It was my fiancée’s birthday and the receptionist did everything to make sure it was a special celebration. We got upgraded to the penthouse, and in the morning he got greeted with a slice of cake and candles. The penthouse is gorgeous, you get private pool, view of the ocean and the bed is so comfortable. Also the location is great. The coffee bar and wine bar that are also part of the hotel have lovely products. Honestly I cannot recommend Eleven enough!
