This is the premier gated community in Key West, bordering the Atlantic Ocean. Grounds of the Annex are beautifully landscaped. The Shipyard units are done in the traditional Key West Conch style. The Truman Waterfront park has been developed and is a 2 block walk from the condo, great for dog walking. Fort Zachery Beach is about 1-2 miles away.
This is a first floor Key West unit with private entrance and front porch overlooking the swimming pool.
