Plus top of the line small kitchen appliances such as a nespresso machine, regular drip style Cuisinart coffee maker, plenty of serving dishes, Ninja blender, Traeger smoker with pellets provided, wine and champagne glasses, crock pot, large turkey roasting pan... basically everything you would want or need to entertain and enjoy company. The alluring Cambria counter tops are accented with custom white shaker cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Just beyond this great room is a spacious deck that accesses an additional rooftop deck with sweet 360 degree views. The outdoor living area includes a Traeger smoker BBQ, lounge and views to enjoy the freshest outdoor experience.
You will have access to park in the garage. The house is located at 7644 feet above seal level and does get a lot of snow in the winter... you are just as high as Heavenly Ski Resort... please be aware of this and be prepared with chains and or 4 wheel drive in the winter. The county is responsible for the snow removal in the neighborhood and our company hires out the snow removal for the driveway.
Bedrooms:
On the main level of the home there is a nicely appointed master bedroom with a king bed and a twin size sleeper sofa, master suite with soaking tub, separate shower and large walk-in closet. The main level also has bedroom 2 with a bunk bed with 3 twin beds and a shared full bath in the hallway. On the lower level there are bedrooms 3 and 4 with queen beds, a shared full bath in the hallway, a spacious family media room, wet bar with a wine fridge. The home is covered with beautifully engineered hardwood floors and is situated on a fully fenced half acre lot.
You won't be disappointed staying this home and it ill be a trip to remember!
Occupancy Rules:
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00pm TO 7:00am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.
