Long-term rental only, must be 31 day at least. Spacious open living area with skylights throughout, salt water swimming pool, jacuzzi, fireplace & sauna, travertine backyard that gives lounge feeling. Elegantly furnished throughout, designed with attention to detail to reflect opulence. Unique & modern living including entertainment- foosball & sound system. Stylish place to stay and is perfect for group or family trips. Baby cribs in different sizes are available. Free parking up to 3 cars outside plus 3 car garage. Serenity getaway. Each room can accommodate 2-4 people. House is oriented for family stays and get-together stays.
We do not host the house for any events, parties, sleepovers for minors.
No people who just come over to party.
We have 2 empty separate 4x6 feet dog kennels in the backyard but please let us know before booking—no pets inside the house.
Please keep in mind that the pool is not heated now, if you would like to heat the pool, a gas bill must be added. It may vary from 100 -500 depending on how many hours and how high temperature you run this pool heating option.
Jacuzzi is no charge.
No RV hook up- electric bill or electrician service bill will be added if fusses go off because of overload to the electric system.
Please be responsible and do not take with you any house and pool area decorations, books, flowers, kitchen amenities, towels, other stored amenities, toilet paper, my children's toys, etc. A dispute/complaint and review for missing items will be opened through VRBO if anything is missing.
