If you want to visit Ticino with your family or with a group of friends, MOLO 46 is the perfect flat: spacious, bright, attractively furnished and with a wonderful view of Lake Lugano!
As you enter the flat, you are greeted by a large open-plan living room, consisting of the TV area, with a large flat-screen TV, a small armchair and a comfortable sofa that becomes a single bed for the night, and the corner kitchen, modern and complete with everything you need to cook like at home, with a table for 4 people.
You can have lunch and dinner here or outside, in fine weather, on the large terrace furnished with a table, sofa, parasol and deck chairs. The living room and bedroom balcony is also equipped with a gas barbecue, for summer barbecues in the company of friends, and is also ideal for an aperitif at sunset, admiring the colours of the sky and lake at dusk.
There is also a room dedicated to music, with a beautiful grand piano.
The master bedroom is furnished with a capacious chest of drawers for storing your wardrobe.
There are two modern, spacious bathrooms, both with showers.
