The space
THE HOUSE: Guests will have access to the whole house. Large open concept living room with smart TV and WiFi. Walk out to the deck to catch the sunrise while sipping your morning coffee. Enjoy game night with various board games. A dedicated desk space for those work-from-home days. Please note that the home is not childproofed. Children should be supervised.
BEDROOM: Each bed has a memory foam mattress, pillows, and cotton linens. Heating is controlled individually for personalized comfort. Each bedroom has a white noise machine and night light.

• Lake activities: centered around Eastman Lake. Enjoy boating, kayaking, fishing, and swimming. There are 6 sandy beaches where you can relax and bask under the sun. Rentals are available at South Cove Activity Center for canoe, kayak and stand up paddle boarding (SUP).
• Tennis and pickleball (open May until the leaves fall).
• Eastman’s 36K of cross-country ski trails for snowshoeing during the winter and hiking/walking in the summer.
Guests have access to the above amenities. Temporary parking pass to park around Eastman can be picked up at the front desk of the Activity Center, just bring proof of your rental.
