Positive: The view was amazing. The house is beautiful.

Negative: Had a great difficulty finding and getting into the house. Customer services did not answer our calls for help. It took 4 hours from when we got there to get in the door.

Summary: Difficulty finding and getting into the house. But following days lovely.
