The main level has private fenced yards and patios with lockable front gate and succulents galore. Chill in the hot tub, read under the covered veranda and grill on the outdoor bbq deck. Well equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Two separate work spaces just in case. Lovely views to the east, leisurely one block walk to the coveted Pannikin coffee shop and other Coast Highway eateries and shops. Beach gear, soft-top board and cruiser bikes with storage sheds included. Easy street parking along property line. Requires a minimum of 31 night stay. This is a quiet neighborhood and the Encinitas noise ordinance is in full effect. No parties, loud music or events allowed. The attached lower level garage and owner office studio are not included in the rental, however if you have a need for more space, please inquire and we will provide a quote with the additional nightly fee.
