The Park Side boasts a modern design with warm Park inspired colors. This 2 Bedroom 1 bathroom is a fully updated and remodeled pied-à-terre minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown Sarasota. Sarasota is well known for so many great restaurants you definitely will not have enough time to enjoy them all. With it's rich showmanship history Sarasota has so many bragging rights with a large variety of arts and entertainment many within walking distance right in the heart of downtown. After exploring the city you will be welcomed back to cozy beds with high thread count linens fully stocked kitchen with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a stove with air fryer. Washer and dryer are on premise and there is even a desk for you too work. We are located directly across from Gillespie park one of the first parks in Sarasota which includes so much fun like Tennis and Pickleball as well as a workout track featuring exercise stations, a basketball court and a large play area for children and adults alike. The property features two unique and relaxing sitting areas to choose from. Whether you are looking to sit under or beautiful Grandfather oak on the wooden deck and read a book , or bask in the sun and watch the palm trees blow in the breeze on our paver patio, the Sarasota Downtown Inn has you covered. working remotely we have high speed internet.
