You’ll love the place due to its location, updated look, well maintained, and easy to reach the owner and/or manager. A very walkable location well suited for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Off street parking. I also own and rent the adjoining condo listing "Downtown Sarasota #11". Perfect for two couples to travel together but have separate spaces.
The space
A great point about this condo is that the location is nearly equal distance between Burns Court, Main Street and Towles Court - three great walking neighborhoods - while backing up to Laurel Park, the focal point of the Laurel Park neighborhood.
On the inside you will have fresh sheets and towels, a clean bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a work desk with wireless internet. There is an office space in the bedroom. Laundry is available in a separate building on the property and is coin-op. This complex of 6 side-by-side one story duplexes was built in the 50s and it does not have a dishwasher or garbage disposal.
