This is a remodeled 1913 home in downtown Albuquerque. It is walking distance to the downtown Grower's market, and the Sunday rail yard festivities. Its an amazing location, walking distance to the local flavor of restaurants and parks.
This home is one half of a duplex, the other half being occupied by the owner's office. Someone is at the office part time if needed. Each unit has its own entrance, with full privacy.

There is one bedroom downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs. The downstairs bedroom has full bed and the upstairs has a queen and a double bed. Internet, basic television and utilities are included. The kitchen is fully stocked, with small appliances and basic cooking utensils. The downstairs bathroom is a shower only, with a hand painted ceiling by local artist, Scott Kuykendall. (His murals are throughout Albuquerque, at places such as Saggios Pizza and the Frontier Restaurant.) Upstairs bathroom has tub & shower.
