Situated in a relaxing environment with easy access to surrounding tourists attractions and recreational activity areas such as world class golf courses, the Hyatt and Ritz Carlton Reserve beaches, and great restaurants. A mythic city of gold is a fitting namesake for the luxurious slice of beachfront paradise known as Dorado Beach. A Ritz Carlton residential community spread over 1,400 acres, Dorado Beach real estate is the paragon of Caribbean “barefoot luxury” living.
Public transportation options are limited in Dorado Beach, making cars a necessity. However, Uber is common in the area, taking passengers from Dorado Beach to anywhere in greater San Juan and points beyond. Dorado Beach is arguably the safest residential neighborhood for Puerto Rico luxury homes in all of the Puerto Rico real estate market. The entire Dorado Beach reserve neighborhood is gated and has extensive 24-hour security, making it safe for all at any hour.
****Each booking must provide all guests name, number and home address at least five days before your stay otherwise the booking has to be canceled without any refunds.
Pools have to be reserved 24 hrs. in advance and each guest will receive a two hr. timeslot. If these rules are not adhered to a fine of $500 will be assessed to the booking in addition to any fines imposed by PR government and condo association.
Also please note a camera is in the living room and outside of the condo in case of rule violations. It will not be checked unless rule violations occur.
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
