Wander down to the edge of the bay to sip your morning coffee, read in the afternoons, and admire spectacular nightly sunsets at this waterfront home in Onset. In this lovely spot on the ocean inlet of Muddy Cove, you'll also have a private neighborhood beach within walking distance.
This bayfront home is part of a peaceful neighborhood on the Lower Cape, where it enjoys a wonderful location for getting around on foot. Put in your kayaks right on the property (there is a slight beach area, but it's more appropriate for water access), head one block east to the sandy shore of Riverside Beach on Broad Cove, or stroll just half a mile through the village to reach Onset Beach. In the surrounding blocks, you'll also find a playground, walking and biking trails, boat tours, kayak rentals, and Onset's free outdoor concerts on Wednesdays in summer.
The house is also close to the Bourne Bridge (just over four miles), so you can take easy day trips out to Martha's Vineyard. Upon your return, be greeted by beautiful outdoor space, including a front porch and a sun-dappled deck where you can barbecue, dine at sunset, and marvel at the water view.
Inside, there are windows at every turn, ensuring that you never lose sight of the scenic setting. Log onto the complimentary WiFi and use the window-lined sunroom as an office, or simply relax on leather sofas and watch movies (on streaming and DVD) in the living room.
