Positive: Fantastic friendly staff. Prime location. Beautiful mature grounds and gardens

Negative: Not enough lounge chairs for the pools or beach area. Around the main pool there were like 15 total. All taken from early. Getting towels was a nightmare. I thought it was just is and heard some Italians really giving off about the same thing
