This beautifully open style home features 3 bedrooms. Master on first floor and 2 guest rooms on second. Master has queen bed, dresser, attached master bath, shower and large walk-in closet. Upstairs rooms both have queen size beds, closets and dressers.
BATHROOMS: 2.5
There are two full bathrooms and one ½ bath. Master bedroom has large walk-in shower, double vanity sink and big walk in closet. Second floor bath has good size walk-in shower and single vanity sink. The ½ bath is just off the kitchen. All are fully stocked with towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, and everything you’ll need for your stay.
KITCHEN
Beautiful brand-new kitchen with all new Samsung appliances, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster oven. Plenty of space to prep all your meals and island to enjoy them. Kitchen is fully stocked with cups, mugs, dishes, bowls, silverware, utensils, pots and pans.
DINING ROOM
Connected to the kitchen is a large dining room with seating for 6+. Also in the dining area is our full stocked coffee bar with Keurig machine, variety of K cups, creamers, and sugar.
LIVING ROOM
The living room offers a full-size couch, big comfy chair with ottoman, and a Roku Flatscreen TV. The many windows in the room will make you never want to leave.
OUTSIDE AREA
The outside of our place is the gem of the property. We have over 5 acres of peace and quiet. Enjoy unmatched views from our wraparound porch. Off the porch you can sit under our maple tree in our many Adirondack chairs and soak in everything that is the Finger Lakes. The views without the noises from the highways is truly paradise.
