The home has an attached one car garage for guest use. There is also a parking lot for the units directly across from the home. From the home, you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, and more.
Our place is right on the line between Park CIty, UT and Kamas, UT. This means that you are smack in the middle of access between the Uinta Mountain Range and the Wasatch Mountain Range. There are amazing restaurants in both directions, bars, and outdoor activities abound.
One of the few spots in Park City where parking is plentiful!! Lucky you ;)
**One thing to note: The bunk room is a converted loft. Guest walk through the bunk room to access the third guest room which houses a queen bed. This set up is perfect for families, and relatives.
-No smoking anywhere on the property, including the back decks.
-No open fires other than the indoor gas fireplace.
-Shoes should be removed upon entering the unit.
-Skis and snowboard equipment not to be brought into the house. Racks are provided in the garage.
