This one bedroom apartment of 57 m2 is ideally located since it is 100m from Place de Gaulle, as well as 200m from the old town of Antibes where you will find many shops and restaurants.
You will find the nearest beach, Plage de la Gravette, located 10 minutes away by foot.
This accommodation is located at the 4th floor of a secured building, with a small elevator, and is composed as the following :
- Entrance area with hanging area/storage
- Bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath sink, storage and a hair dryer
- A living room area with a convertible sofa (double bed), TV, WIFI
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining bar (stoves, coffee machine, blender, machine à laver le linge, lave-vaisselle)
- Independent toilets with its own small sink
- A bedroom with a double bed with a storage closet, air conditioning.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and internet.
There is a spacious terrasse accessible from the living room and the bedroom. This terrasse can be completely closed thanks to its windows to keep the AC in, or opened to enjoy the outside !

The apartment is located on the famous Boulevard du President Wilson, just 100 meters away from the Place du General de Gaulle and only 400 meters away from the famous Picasso museum located in the old town of Antibes.
In the neighbourhood, you will find many shops, restaurants and services. This location is ideal because it is closed to the old Antibes area (pedestrian) between the ramparts of this historic district where it is very pleasant to get lost.
## Transit
The 200 bus stop (to/from Nice Airport) is located a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
The train station is located 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
## Notes
In order to take full advantage of these small pedestrian streets, I recommend that you park your vehicle in one of the private car parks such as QPark.
Sheets and shower towels are included in the rental price (one kit per bed upon arrival, 1 towel per person, beach towels are not included)
1 small soap, 1 towel paper roll are included upon arrival.
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. However, the dishes must be cleaned and the trash cans thrown away.
This apartment is pet free and non smoker. If you want to smoke, you will then have to go to the balcony and be outside.
