Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), you will love the vast living room with design pieces, the large bedroom with luxury queen bed and view on the rooftops, the high ceilings with arcs, the fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee machine, washing-drying machine, toaster). Unique location to stroll around Trastevere and see Rome by foot (Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Campo de Fiori at walking distance). Air conditioning, flexible check-in.
In the living room there is a queen sofa bed and a single bed so that the two people sleeping in the living room can sleep separately if they want to. It is located in the perfect place to visit Rome as it is in the vibrant Trastevere area - close to the famous Bar San Calisto and the Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere - one of the most beautiful churches in Rome! - yet in a very quiet street. Walking distance to Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori, Gianicolo, Pantheon.
The apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator) of a historical 1700 building with large stairs. You will see in the apartment the arc-shaped architecture which is typical of the historical buildings of the center of Rome. Magical view on the Trastevere rooftops will hit you when opening the windows in the morning!
It has a very large bedroom with a walk in closet and a dressing table. The bed is 160x190 cm and it is super comfortable. Both the bed and the mattress were made to order in Italy by an Italian luxury bedding company.
The kitchen is cozy and functional with two large windows. It is fully equipped with: washing / drying machine, dish washer machine, filter coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, oven, Bialetti moka for Italian coffee, kettle.
In the living room there is a true Carrara marble table that can accommodate up to 4 people with 4 designers chairs. All the furniture were hand made to order in Tuscany and shipped to Rome.
Safety is important to us: the apartment is equipped with a brand new armored door and there is also a safe to store your precious belongings.
