Single story, Mid-Century modern home with 1950’s charm, including a dual-sided wood burning fireplace, open kitchen w/large dining room, large pet friendly fenced-in yard and covered patio w/firepit and gas outdoor grill.
Relax in the amazing backyard or take a short walk to the nearby light rail system and go to downtown Denver. There are also several parks and trails nearby.
The Location- It's close enough to downtown, yet has that calm neighborhood feel. The highway is easily accessible and will get you to the Tech Center or Downtown and up the mountains faster than locations within Denver's dense neighborhoods. The area offers two grocery stores, nearby shopping centers, local restaurants/breweries, parks and gyms.
The Property- Free parking in the driveway and street. It's dog-friendly with a completely fenced yard. Sorry, no cats. Before booking, please tell me about your dog(s) breed, weight, and age. As much as I love guest dogs, they do have an impact to home and yard so there is a pet fee associated with each booking.
