No bachelor or bachelorette parties. We are happy to recommend some nearby properties/hotels but we are not a good fit for these types of occasions.
Late/Emergency Cancellations -- Please be advised: the host will not be financially responsible and thus will not issue refunds for cancelations made 1) for non-refundable bookings 2) on or after the date specified in the cancelation policy. Last minute weather issues, family emergencies, travel plan changes are unfortunate, but a risk that the renter is liable for should they occur. Thus, we highly recommend travel insurance. We will no longer entertain exceptions to the rule so be advised.
