Summary: We visit the Phoenix/Avondale roughly twice a year and this property and the host is by far the best experience we've had. The host Austin was very accommodating to our early arrival request and maintained contact to ensure our stay was perfect. The house was beautiful, in a very quiet neighborhood and with great restaurants within a 10 minute drive.
