Summary: I could not get a late check in. You must be there by 10pm or you have to drive 15 min to a strange destination and search for help. This should have been made more clear. I got there 15 min before close only to find they had already closed the restaurant. I had to go around the back of the restaurant to find a worker to help me, all the while wondering if I was going to get shot by somebody thinking I am a prowler. They claimed they sent instructions ahead of time, but I did not see it in my email. It should be more clear on hotels.com website. The staff was nice though, just not accommodating on the phone. Food was good, but tends to get crowded and a little slow. Room was nice.
