A spectacular pet friendly, waterfront home has been newly renovated and beautifully decorated and ready for you to enjoy and relax on your vacation. There is high speed Xfinity cable internet and TV in the home but relax and unplug and enjoy the outdoor activities available for the entire family. On the main level, the living room and dining room have french doors that open to a generous size screen porch with plenty of seating for everyone to allow for the best views of the lake. A gas grill is located off the screened porch. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage, many extras allow for easy conversation while cooking and preparing meals. Dining table expands to seat 8 people for family dinners. Living room has large flatscreen tv with Roku for Netflix and streaming. There is nice comfortable furniture to relax on while hanging out by the fireplace. The large master bedroom on the main level has a king size bed and a large flatscreen Roku tv. The second main level bedroom has a queen bedroom with plenty of room to stretch out.
The lower level has a 3rd bedroom and rec room with Roku tv and outdoor patio area with cushy patio furniture as well as a smoker grill. The lower-level bedroom has 2 twins over twin bunk beds plus a roll-a-away bed and a neat area to play. Plus, a light-up Roku TV and Wii. Bins of toys and games to keep kids entertained on those rainy days! The rec-room is set up for hanging out, popping popcorn in the popcorn machine, watching movies while playing a game of pool, or trying your hand at shuffleboard. There are also board games, chess, checkers, cribbage, cards, poker, etc. Also, for your enjoyment, karaoke machine, a large movie screen and projector for inside/outdoor use.There is a full bath off the rec room.
The boat dock is nothing short of amazing - a sun deck for suntanning, table for picnic or dinner by the water or just hanging out during the day. The long cove view from the dock boasts peaceful and relaxing views of the mountains - a must see. This is a low boat traffic area so it's great for swimming, paddle board, paddleboat, kayak and just floating. If hanging out on the dock is more your style, you are in luck because there is plenty of room there too, both in full sun and shade. You have full access to the boat house that has plenty of towable, life jackets and ropes for your boats.
