Ample flat parking for vehicles & boat trailers in the back. Offers an ADA compliant ramp, if needed, wide 36” doors, open shower & more accessibility aids to help enjoy your great vacation. Well stocked kitchen, Choice of two grills.. Pit Boss pellet smoker/grill or charcoal grill (both provided). And for your outside enjoyment sit around the fire pit (firewood provided) or on the outdoor spacious deck. Dan’s Place and our host home share 5 acres and is surrounded by 60 unoccupied acres featuring Tennessee at its finest!
Dan‘s Place is located behind our host home and is surrounded on three sides by large pine, cedar, oak, and tulip poplar trees. How about relaxing on the swing and look out over the pasture and feel the breeze on your face and look at nature!
This home is accessible by 30 foot metal ADA approved ramp or there are stairs to the deck also with metal handrails. The 8 x 8 back deck going into the back door also has handrails. There is a step free shower in the master bedroom and a tub shower combination in the second bathroom. The home is spacious to maneuver around with a walker, cane, or wheelchair. We will have available for your stay... a shower chair , walker, transfer wheelchair, and a bedside commode, if needed.
