The space
The home comfortably accommodates 12 individuals, with the potential to extend a cozy welcome to up to 14 guests if you're open to a snug arrangement.

Living Room, Dining Room (seats 6), Breakfast Nook (seats 5), Chef’s Kitchen w/ Breakfast Bar (seats 4), Bedroom (Queen bed + desk), Full bath, Office (desk, pullout double sofa bed).
Upstairs:
Master bedroom (King bed, master bathroom with jetted tub, & balcony), Bedroom (Queen bed + Jack & Jill Bathroom) Bedroom (Double Bed + Jack & Jill Bathroom), Bedroom (Twin Bed + Twin Bunk Beds + Queen Floor Mattress).
Located within a gated neighborhood that requires a community access code upon entry and has full 24hr surveillance and patrol. The exterior of the property has full security surveillance cameras including all entrances and exits.

Parking is available within the 3 outdoor parking spots or on the driveway. Access to the garage or covered parking is not available. Parking on the street is not allowed (towing enforced by community).
