The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and walk in closet. The rustic barnwood style door opens up to the living room and spacious kitchen. The loft is great for nestling down with a good book. Minutes to downtown Wolfeboro. The home has a great deck and screen room for relaxing. The home is cozy. Our favorite part is relaxing in the screen porch. Located only a few miles from downtown Wolfeboro. There are numerous options for outdoor activities whether you like watersports, hiking or biking. The home is private and so is the yard. Like many New Hampshire properties, the yard is outlined with stacked granite rocks. We also live in Wolfeboro so we can be contacted if there is an issue or something is needed. We can also help with suggestions for activities or dining. We like living here because of Lake Winnipesaukee. There is so much to do in the area. Downtown Wolfeboro is only 3 miles away so it is less than 10 minutes by car. about 15-20 by bike or 30-40 minutes walking. There is an Electric bike rental shop in Wolfeboro, visit wakewinni.com for info. Doggos only are allowed, there is a fee of $25. Please make sure you include them in your reservation. As we always give our guest clean and washed bedding including the comfortors, we have specific sets for guests who bring pets and sets for ones that do not.
