Positive: Underground parking and lift to apartment. Keypad entry to apartment. Comfortable bed.
Negative: Difficult to find the entrance to the U/G car park as it was via an alleyway that ran behind the building. There was no clicker to operate the garage door which meant having to continually get out of the car to use the Key operated code on the side door and then manually operate the garage door. Also we only had 3 mugs and no teaspoons but this was quickly rectified. Also despite the kitchen having a full size stove there was nothing to use in the oven, no pots or pans or roasting dishes and also no toaster. Again the agent obtained a frying pan so that we could make toast. The sofa in the lounge area was not terribly comfortable and a spring often poked you when you sat down. It was also very deep and you had to use several cushions to support your back. There were no shelves or spaces in the bathroom to put anything and there was no bath mat either. One plus point was that there was an electric kettle for making tea. Could be a much nicer place to stay if the agent were to improve on these issues.
