Summary: Previous reviewers mentioned the smell of cigarette smoke and issues with insects, but we didn't experience either - place was very clean. Super easy check-in and check-out. Kitchen has everything you need to make a full meal if you want, but we were there just to sleep and drink coffee - a pot is provided. The lighting inside leaves something to be desired since there are no lamps, only overhead dim lighting. Parking is on the street right out front & there's plenty of space. The house sits kind of in between a cute, old residential area on one side and a bridge with frequent train traffic on the other. Between the bridge and house is some empty land that houses homeless folks at night, but no one bothered us, even though we came home from playing shows at 3 a.m. The place is a great price and there are security cameras all around. Super easy access to downtown and the Stockyards. For the price, I'd stay there again.
