There are 2 decks, the side deck has a Dry Sauna. The yard has a lot of aspen trees and a fire pit perfect for enjoying those Pagosa summer evenings with amazing views of Pagosa Peak. National forest access & Lake Hatcher are super close. Also full access to Bear's Den Suit with updated pool table. This house has such a warm feeling to it, you wont want to leave.
