3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms & Office which can be used as a bedroom. Air mattress must be requested for office area if needed. Monitored 2 car parking in driveway. Backyard with patio seating and BBQ grill.

We ask you remove shoes inside the home to protect carpeted areas.
No smoking or vaping in the house or near premises. You can smoke outside at least 20ft from property walls. Everything should be extinguished and properly disposed to otherwise prevent lingering smells from being carried into the house.
There's a washer, dryer, dishwasher. Make sure to leave washer door ajar/OPEN after use to let it dry, otherwise mold can accumulate on the door seal. Clean the lint catcher in the dryer after each use. I recommend "QUICK WASH" setting on the washer for almost all applications. If you're able to, use these machines at night.
Please don't move the furniture from their places or otherwise relocate outside of their designated rooms (I apparently have to say this because it's happened before).
If you use dishes, place them in the dishwasher throughout your stay--please don't leave in sink. You do not need to wash the dishes before you put them in the washer--scrape off big pieces into trash. If the dishwasher is filled and needs washing before the end of your stay, there are dish soap tabs for the dishwasher under the kitchen sink
