The Space:
This self-contained studio is the perfect backdrop to your Shoalhaven retreat. With all the amenities and extras, you could need (including Wi-fi!), you’ll be sure to find yourself at home as soon as you walk through the door.
Suited to comfortably accommodate 2 people, you’ll find a Double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge area. With a cloud-like mattress and high-quality linen, you’ll be sure to fall asleep the moment your head hits the pillow.
Long stay guest? Feel free to bring along your furry friend! They’ll love being able to stretch their legs in the spacious backyard and go on some walks. - the views in this area are simply stunning, so be sure to bask in fresh air and gorgeous vistas.
NOTE: The yard is fenced in with a standard sized fence and gate out the front, please be aware of this if you have a big dog that likes to jump!
There are five pet chickens behind the rear garage. Please treat these sweethearts with gentle love and care; they are beloved pets. Our cleverly named egg-layers (Honey Chicken, Soy Chicken, Salt and Pepper Chicken, Szechuan Chicken and Ginger Chicken) will very gratefully take any of your bread or vegetable scraps and will repay you in fresh eggs to use during your stay. Please make sure you keep your pets away from them.

Greenwell Point NSW is located on the coast east of Nowra and is one of the leading seafood ports in the Shoalhaven. This quiet and beautiful location is much-loved for its squadron of pelicans which gather in the local park to the delight of visitors as well as for its safe boating locations. There is a wide footpath that runs along the waterfront, providing a great place for little kids to ride their bike or scooter – or just run! Enjoy some hot chips and fresh local seafood by the water after a play at the park, Pelican Rocks Fish & Chips actually won the award for best Fish and Chips in NSW in 2017.
For those who love to spend their time in the water and under the sun, make sure you take advantage of the ample opportunities to go kayaking, surfing or swimming. With plenty of beaches to traverse, you’re sure to find your favourite.

There is free parking on the premises and additional parking on the street. For the convenience of guests, it is recommended to have your own transport.
