This apartment has been renovated to sparkle with it's natural character. The renovation included: surfacing the oak/ redwood floors, re-modeled bathroom, fresh paint, and new furniture/decor/lighting throughout the apartment.
There are two spacious bedrooms including queen platform beds and work stations. The dining room is light and bright with a reading area and the living room with new furniture and a HiSense Smart TV. There are many windows throughout the home and well shaded to keep cool, including a wall-mount A/C during the hot days.
We recommend have your morning drink on one of the porches and/or enjoying time in the backyard on the patio furniture. Xfinity High Speed Wifi is installed for remote working, learning, and streaming needs.
