Cozy basement apartment in the heart of Wallingford. Quaint modern, 1914 basement apartment. Every room is styled in a way that feels, warm, homey and welcoming, we used reclaimed wood all over the space and the exposed natural beams. Enjoy the year-round electric fireplace. Cool in the summer, cozy and warm in the winter.
Note: For folks over 6' tall, the kitchen, bedroom /bath are part of the original 1914 house and have low ceilings! The living area is full height.
Since we live upstairs, you might hear some foot traffic, or our beloved pets at times . However we are mindful of guests.
Great central location. Close to lots of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, groceries, parks, and bus lines.
