Summary: The hallway smelled of marijuana from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. We didn't have any hot water. We did call customer service twice to report it. The 1st time we were told to give it 10 minutes, he would have to go and press the reset button on the water heater. The 2nd time was 30 mins later to inform personnel of no hot water. His suggestion was to move rooms around midnight. He also stated he would have the manager contact us the next morning. Of course that didn't happen. Also, the next morning we woke up to a flat tire and we were out there for over an hour struggling and no one from the property rendered us aid. We had to find help.
