Step back in time and relax in this traditional cosy Devon town house. A wonderfull, clean place to stay we think this cottage represents excellent value, a whole house and garden, home from home with all you need for a short or long stay. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and tumble dryer. Warm and cosy with a shower and bath. There is a large secluded fenced-in dog /child-friendly garden.
The garden is lovely, fairly wild and work in progress, it is a private secluded place to sit out and relax in the evening. There is a BBQ a fire pit chairs and a table.

Other things to note
We love dogs and all pets but not everyone does so please restrict pets to DOWNSTAIRS ONLY. No pets on furniture please, bring your pets own bed. If your pet is likely to follow you upstairs keep the stairway door closed.
Under 2 years old and infants are welcome but there are no stairgates, cots, high chairs etc. Please be aware of the health and safety of your children the house is old and the garden may have sharp things in it.
Again beds!!!! These are set as one double and two singles. If you need the singles changed into a double 48 HOURS NOTICE is needed to prepare pillows, sheets, duvets etc. SAME if you need the sofa as a bed.
No Smoking ANYWHERE inside the house. There is a nice garden though.
