Set over two floors you are welcomed into a spacious, well equipped kitchen / diner with sea views, off the kitchen is the utility room, WC and access to the rear tiered mature scrubbed garden where, upon reaching the top patio area, you are greeted with the most spectacular views across the roof tops. The twin bedroom is also located on the ground floor. The second best sea views are from the large comfortable lounge on the first floor, which stretches the full width of the cottage.
