by famed local architect, Lucky Bennett, it has a mid-century feel
with many rooms that open to lanais, stone courtyards, a lava rock
pool, and multi-tiered koi ponds. The interior woodwork includes
refinished Koa and Ohia floors and ceilings. Enjoy ocean views from
the living room and master bedroom. Relax in the family room with
abundant windows, a pond-view hallway with dining bar, library, and
formal dining space. The spacious kitchen features a large center
island and is a great working or gathering place. The ground-level
Ohana offers its own kitchenette. There are lots of sliding doors and
windows… open the home to Hawaii’s soft breezes!

families and groups looking for a private location close to island
