Nestled in East Dallas, this newly-renovated 2,850-square foot modern home is perfect for a family vacation or a weekend getaway with your friends. It sleeps up to14guests and comes with a studio size bedroom with a wet bar on the 2nd floor overlooking the backyard and a private swimming pool, there are two bedrooms on the 2nd floor and three bedrooms on the 1st floor (total of 5 bedrooms), 3.5 baths, an open concept kitchen with a large island countertop, large dining table and a breakfast table with plenty of seats for everyone to eat. Each room in addition to the front main door and the garage door has programmable keypad locks/dead bolt (programmed per guests request and can be different on each rooms) giving you the maximum security for your belongings while you are exploring dallas attractions. There are plenty of parking space ( up to 4 vehicles front, 4 vehicles rear, and 3 vehicles on the street if necessary).
The property is a short 25-30 minutes drive from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport or 15 mins from Dallas Love Field Airport and approximately 10-15 minutes from major attractions including Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas Zoo and White Rock Lake.
