The Space:
Welcome to this outstanding duplex home; two separate side-by-side homes in the heart of Polanco, totaling 400 m2 | 4,306 sq ft of living space, 10 bedrooms, 2 kitchens/living room and dining areas and the most delightful furnishings & decor.
BOTH HOMES FEATURE:
Sensational rosé-colored and luminous open living areas with plenty of seating options and large Smart TVs with premium cable channels for relaxing downtime moments when home from exploring the city.
Fully-equipped kitchens with all you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus, one home features a fabulous square dining table that seats up to 12 and the other, a round conversation-style dining table for 9. Come together for enjoyable at-home dining anytime!
For remote workers, you’ll find numerous laptop-friendly workspaces all around both homes, plus high-speed Wi-Fi so you can get work done fast and go back out for more adventure!

Outside of home B, you'll find two lovely patios with plenty of seating options, including a dining area and comfortable furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the sun.
Outside of home A, you'll find private terraces. There’s the green one featuring sofa seating and a dining table for an outdoor meal or a beverage and some fresh air. There’s the 2nd level terrace overlooking the street with comfy Acapulco garden chairs to sip your morning coffee or relax with a book.
All bedrooms in this unit include a portable fan and a portable heater.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the entire duplex. The ID of every adult on the reservation is required at least one day before arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Polanco is well known for its hip and trendy atmosphere, and you’ll find a plethora of great places to eat, shop, and explore. Foodies can enjoy anything from upscale restaurants to local street food vendors; shop-a-holics are in luck, as Polanco is home to some of the city's most exclusive boutiques and high-end stores. Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby parks and green spaces. Take a leisurely stroll through Parque Lincoln or enjoy a picnic in Parque América. Polanco is ideal for first-time visitors as there’s something for everyone! And popular landmarks and sites, such as Chapultepec Park and the historic center, are about a 15-20 minute minute walk.
Getting Around:
The Mexico City | Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX) is 7.8 miles | 12.6 km from the home. Always check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving times in the city vary greatly depending on the time of day.
You can come by car, registered taxi, or Uber. If you prefer public transportation, the nearest subway station, Polanco, is a short 5-minute walk from the property. There are also several bus stops within walking distance. If you have a car, there is free street parking in front.

Important information to know before booking:
Mexico City is going through a decrease in the water supply until April 2024. This measure has been taken to ensure in the medium term that the supply of water delivered from the Cutzamala System, whose overall storage level has been reduced as a result the drought that has affected the country in recent years.
It is important to mention that there is enough water on the property, in case of shortage we will provide water through an external distributor, for which we appreciate your patience and understanding.
There is no daily housekeeping, but you can arrange a cleaning if you’d like for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance. Also, some basic essentials, like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap, are provided to get you started.
There’s a charge for any extra person not listed on the reservation.
Luggage storage is only available for early arrival or late departure: From 11:30 am for Check-in. Until 2 pm for Check-out.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There are surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces. These cameras are strictly for security reasons to ensure the safety of our guests.
Please note that there is a penalty fee of $200 MXN if keys are lost or not left behind upon departure.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $1500 MXN penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise is not tolerated. We must respect our neighbors. No loud music or noise after 10 pm or face a $500 MXN fine.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID prior to arrival, at check-in, or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
