Recently renovated carriage house on 20 acres. Quiet living in the country! Surrounded by trees, deer, and other wildlife. Small fenced yard and garage parking, as well as space for additional parking (trailer, boat, etc). Full kitchen with gas range and basic amenities.
The space
Long dirt/gravel drive on a wide dirt road. Great place to ride bikes or take a quiet morning walk. Seasonal creek attracts variety of wildlife. Coffee maker and coffee provided. Queen bed in one bedroom; bunk beds plus stand-alone twin bed in second bedroom. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. Leather sofa in living area converts to bed. Single jack-and-jill style bathroom with combination tub/shower. Smart TV and internet access - bring your Netflix, Hulu, etc information. No cable/satellite TV provided. Laundry room is on main level off garage with new washer and dryer as of December 2019.

Entire carriage house is available. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and small yard. Driveway shared with host's house, which is not visible from the carriage house. Living space is approximately 800 square feet on upper level which requires navigating one set of stairs. Middle garage bay available for guest parking. Host stores vehicles in side garage bays.

Verizon cell service works best here. Coverage by other cell providers may be spotty. Please, no pets - we are allergic!
This property does not have A/C, but does have thermal curtains and ceiling fans. Summer temperature is managed by opening up the house at night when it's cool (typically 50's), and closing up during the heat of the day.
