A countryside retreat for families and friends, this marvellous cottage has so much to offer. Wake up in the morning and enjoy your coffee in the garden, spend the afternoon exploring the nearby woodland and in the evening cosy up in front of the roaring log burner.

Enter the property via a few external steps, and you will find yourself in the kitchen/diner. Here you will find everything you need to cook a delicious meal and sit down together to chat about your day. There is also a handy breakfast bar with two stools making the room a sociable space for preparing food.
Just off the kitchen is the conservatory, where you can sit down, relax and read a book while watching the children play in the enclosed garden to the rear of the property.
The cosy living room, with a large corner sofa and log burner is the perfect place to snuggle up and watch a film together in the evenings with a hot chocolate, or play some family games.
There are two bedrooms, one spacious double and one pretty twin bedroom with plenty of storage for your clothes.
The family bathroom has everything you may require, including a separate shower and bath.
Externally the property has so much to offer, there is parking for up to 3 cars on the concrete driveway directly in front of the cottage. The cottage is immediately surrounded by gardens with mature shrubs and plants, there is seating and a table to the front and rear, as well as plenty of grassy banks and fields for children to kick a ball and burn off some energy.
There is so much to offer locally with a good choice of coffee shops, a handful of pubs and restaurants in nearby St Clears. There is also a good choice of outdoor activities available in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, ranging from horse riding, coasteering, to a variety of water sports, abseiling, orienteering, caving and gorge walking.
For the younger generation we are a short drive away from the likes of Folly Farm, Oakwood, Manor House Wildlife Park, Heatherton World of Activities and Dinosaur Park to name a few.
Guest access
The guest's will have exclusive access to the entire house and immediate garden.
There is a shared field with kids football nets onsite, accessed via a pedestrian gate in the garden.

- Please note that there is a range of poultry onsite including peacocks, geese and chickens.
