Enjoy your morning coffee made from the Delonghi coffee pod machine, soak up the morning sun to recharge, ready for the days activities or sip on a cocktail or two, whilst relaxing in the backyard outdoor entertaining area.

A gentle walk along the streets of this town leads down to either the general store/s and cafes or lakes entrance and beach.
After a day enjoying the outdoors, sun and sand, relax in the spacious outdoor dining area with a cocktail, or take a three minute drive down to the Lake Conjola Bowling Club for dinner and drinks, why not leave the cooking to someone else!
This home is fit for summer and winter living. A rainy day interrupting your holiday? With a selection of DVD’s, board games, card games, xbox 360 and much more entertainment/activities this home wont let a rainy interrupt your holiday.

This great home comprises of 3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom with an additional toilet in the laundry, lounge with air conditioning and open plan living and dining that flows out onto the alfresco dining/ BBQ area.
The property does have complimentary Wifi. Please note: Bella Coastal Holidays will not be held liable for any outages or shortages with internet services.

Coastal Gem provides a luxurious coastal experience with all linen and laundry facilities supplied to ensure you are provided with the essentials you need for a stress free holiday. Please note this does NOT include Beach towels!
Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.
Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

Lake Conjola is a quiet village located only a short 15 minute drive to the heart of Milton and offers an abundance of outdoor activities. If you enjoy surfing, fishing, water skiing, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding or even a social round of barefoot bowls then Conjola is for you!
Fishing can be done along the water and bait can be purchased from the Post
office or the bottle shop in Lake Conjola.
A mere 15 minute drive to the heart of Ulladulla where you can enjoy some fish and chips whilst watching the seagulls play or take a walk up town and spend a good hour or two at Funland, the perfect place to spoil the kids big or small. For a relaxing day head on into the Arcadia Twin Cinemas and enjoy some popcorn and a movie. Finish the day off walking the shops of this stunning seaside town for a quiet drive back to this well loved family holiday home.
For the adventurous wanderers, there are beautiful National Parks that are only a short drive away including Budawang National Park, Bimberamala National Park and the spectacular Morton National Park with Pigeon House Mountain
