This uniquely decorated manufactured home is a refuge located on the edge of the city. Your stay in our pillow top and memory foam queen beds will leave you well rested. My home has three bedrooms/2 baths (2 queens + 1 full) in the main house, and 1 bedroom (queen + loft full) in an additional dwelling unit. An additional room with a 6 inch queen memory foam mattress on a frame is available for $35/night. Our septic system can accommodate a max of 9 people. This is a strict policy. Exceeding this amount will result in an additional $100 charge. The large enclosed backyard has a 4 person jacuzzi, propane fireplace (summer and fall), BBQ, an outdoor shower (summer and fall) and a lovely mountain view. There are several places setup outside for conversation and time together. A gear wash down and bike storage area are available. High speed internet, Amazon prime and 15 channels are available in the living room.
My home is not set up for children 2-5 years of age. Pets are allowed with pre-approval. No pets under 1 year of age, small to medium well behaved dogs only. The following is required prior to arrival:
*Photo of current vaccinations and a monthly flea/tick regime before arrival
*Pets are not to be left alone in the house unless crated. I have one for use if needed. Remember, this is a strange home to them.
*If your dog sleeps on the bed with you, please request an additional sheet to protect the comforter.
*Please clean all poop up. There is a poop scooper and disposal in the corner of the yard. Look for the white bucket.
*Barking must be under control at all times.
*Pet fees are $40/pet for the stay
*Max of 2 pets per visit
Walking trails along the creek are 1/3rd of a mile away. The indoor dining table seats 6. All of our home is smoke free with a smoking area in the driveway. We are located next to a moderately busy neighborhood road, so do expect some car traffic. This home is used by the owners as well occasionally.
