Comforter is ALWAYS WASHED in Heavy HOT water and we take the extra mile and rinse TWICE in hot water.
Access to laundry room right outside your door with brand new washer and dryer. (appointment for laundry use 2 hours twice a week, total 4 hours, $10.00 a load including detergent, softener and dryer sheets)

Shower is fully stocked with body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Blow dryer is provided and a clothes steamer.

Kitchenette is NOT a traditional kitchen. Kitchen does not provide cabinets or silverware or dining ware. Kitchenette DOES provide disposable dining ware and utensils. Kitchenette has microwave, full size refrigerator, toaster and electric kettle fully stocked Keurig coffee center.
Do not wash dishes in restroom sink.
NO STOVE, NO OVEN, NO SMOKER ALLOWED OUTSIDE DUE TO ZERO COVERAGE FROM VRBO IF A FIRE STARTS.
MUST PROVIDE GOVERNMENT ISSUES ID to the host PRIOR to checking in.
You can do this through the App after booking. To keep our rates low, Please turn off all lights, TV, Air conditioner etc before leaving the studio. Even if you will be gone for a short period of time. There will be a charge per day of $20.00 for each day the air conditioner is left on. There is a $100.00 charge for extra dirty maid service.
