Summary: Excellent location in between Puerta del Sol and Callao. Friendly staff. Working elevator. Modern rooms equipped with fridge, Nespresso machine, TV, safe and great working a/c. Nice hot water in shower but be aware that bathroom doesn’t have a door, in case you are traveling with other people not family. 3rd floor rooms have a small spaniard styled balcony that we loved. Would say this hotel is a hidden gem!
