Our guests have full access to the beautiful North Shore Ocean Beach Club on the with approximately 2,200 feet of private shore line! The beach club is for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. The North Shore Ocean Beach Club is a peaceful guarded beach. Your unit also includes access to The North Shores Community Club providing parking, use of the magnificent pool, two tennis and pickleball courts, kayak launch and food concessions! Your beach retreat has been completely renovated with many special appointments. There is central heat and air conditioning. There are tasteful furnishings, comfortable amenities, vaulted ceilings, tons of light and a front porch to enjoy the cool ocean breezes! Entering the first floor there is a is fully equipped chefs kitchen with granite counters, breakfast bar, state of the art stainless appliances and a convenient half bath! There is a large dining area with a wood burning fireplace and bar area! The living room is beautifully appointed with a comfortable QUEEN Pull out BED . There is ample state of the art entertainment systems. The unit has three Smart TVs, stereo player and WIFI! French doors open to the private rear fenced patio. This spacious outdoor area with comfortable lounge chairs and huge dinning table and is perfect for entertaining, lounging and dinning al fresco! There is also refreshing outdoor shower to enjoy after a relaxing day at the beach! The upper floor has a comfortable owners suite and lovely spa bath. A second large bedroom has two twin beds . A second full bath accompanies this room. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. A separate home office area allows for a work area with desk and electric outlets. The North Shores Beach community is conveniently located on the quiet cape but near enough to town for easy access to dinner and shopping.
