This is an older established neighborhood with homes being remodeled constantly. The area does back up to a nearby river and a park which was recently completedly renovated.
The neighborhood is a bit older and houses with similar sizes. Parking is in the driveway and additional parking is on the street as well. This house is centrally located so ride share like uber and lyft is easy and quick to get
