Positive: Apartment was very comfortable and well furnished and equipped with all the things we needed. Having a washer & dryer was nice on this stop of a multiweek trip. Balcony and easily opened windows was a nice way to enjoy the September Swiss breezes and kept the apartment cool. Rental office personnel were very courteous and helpful with any questions we had. We loved the town of Wengen and the convenience to the transportation to the neighboring towns as well. We used a combination of a Swiss Travel Pass and a Jungfrau Pass (since we were in Wengen for five nights) to compliment each other during our trip through Switzerland. Would definetely stay here again if in the area.
Negative: We were warned of walk uphill from train station but took advantage of the free transport provided to and from train station area. Some instructions for appliances in English would have helped but we googled anything we needed assistance with.
