Situated in the heart of Scotland with Glasgow International/ Prestwick & Edinburgh airport a plus.
We aim to offer a service to this industry with already 18 years dedication.
Our goal is to provide you with a fully equipped, high-end, unique boutique style cottage experience. We have large wall mounted Tv's as well as many home comforts and the whole experience is set up for - relaxation - comport-space whilst being able to have extended family in any of our further cottages. There are many spaces to be totally private inside or out.
Our quality mattresses and pillows are all protected, Goose Feather and down duvets. We use high thread count quality Egyptian Cotton bed linen and Hugo Boss luxury bath sheets and towels, some toiletries, and soaps. This property has large enclosed gardens with outside garden furniture that boasts a fire pit/ice bucket and New gas barbecue. Our gardens are manicured and maintained. We have added a purpose built professional outside Bbq hut that take up to 12 people, so even when it may rain, you can Bbq outside but inside, great for after dinner drinks or just a evening with the coals on and some music.
Ceramic hob,/built-in multi function oven, halogen oven/built-in Microwave/Dishwasher/Fridge/Freezer/washer/Nespresso Machine/Frother/juicer/Slow Cooker/food steamer/deep fryer/bread maker/food mixer/hand held mixer/whilst we are a self catering cottage we provide complimentary bin bags/Dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls etc, just to start your self catering holiday.
Copper cooking pots/extensive Crockery & beautiful serving dishes (especially at Christmas and new year) Cutlery & fine Glassware for 12 (min). We also have basic provisions such as a full range of teas/coffee/sugar/salt & peppers, olive oil, ketchup/spices etc so you only really need to buy the actual food if you want to cook.
The place is honestly fantastic! It is a really quiet/private conservation village area with its own attractions including an airfield (takes flying lessons) but is situated bang in the middle of central Scotland to travel from. Our Park & Ride train station at Merryton gives you the best access to the city centre without the Hefty parking fees. We leave a list of restaurant numbers/bars/etc in the house manual.

We welcome the Super 1 formula go-cart team every year and have other 4 & 3 bedroom cottages for large groups who all want to be together.
Our bedroom top drawers are sented. We have wooden & velour or ladies silk evening ware hangers and protective cloths covers. There are salon powerful hairdryers and straighteners.
We also have a double bedroom and toilet/shower facilities downstairs. We provide a child’s high chair & infant seat riser, a travel cot/mattress/bedding, a stair gate, baby monotors and a full range of baby products (just in case) we have a large selection of games/puzzles/books/cd’s and a beautiful 26yr old rocking horse to keep even the youngest amused.
As well as full-time discrete polite staff, we appreciate our guests have different schedules, whilst we like to introduce ourself to our guests, our key safe entry with your personal code allows you to enjoy your own space.

The free Parking & Ride train station gives you the best access to the city centre without the hefty parking fees in the city. We have now added a professional out door Bbq Hut that takes 12 persons, so even if the weather is cold, you can Bbq inside!
A car is preferable, there is a park & ride also to the city.
A Full house manual explains everything you need to know including local walks (a must see is the Waterfall track) our gardens are enclosed for pets (must be booked in & paid for)(we take up to 3 pets) and things to do and places to visit, also the wildlife you can expect to see.

Usual Check In 3.00pm. Day of departure is by 10.00am (Key returned to key safe placed outside). Only those booked in to the property are allowed without prior permission.
We offer round the clock check in with our key safe box.
Free Wifi is available and a proper Office Area is provided within the property if you need to catch up on things.
Our pet fee is £per pet per stay (We use an independent company who professionally pet clean)
