This home is centrally located in the Salt Lake City Valley and in between the two major freeways which go up to Park City to the NE or to many ski resorts such as Snowbird and Alta to the SE. You are near bars, restaurants, and some of the best shopping in the area. You can also take the Trax for a few minutes and be right in the heart of downtown Salt Lake. Only minutes from the freeway.
The entire house has been newly renovated but still maintains a cute early century charm!
This beautiful bungalow is a cozy 4 bedroom home that is located right in the center of the Salt Lake Valley. Which means you are a short drive to downtown or to many ski resorts! The entire home is open to my guests. This space is used only for AirBnb and many amenities have been added for your comfort! You can enjoy Netflix after a long ski day or rest in one of the 4 very comfortable beds!
It is close to trax if you prefer public transportation and also has many great things to eat within the neighborhood.
